If you don’t get your 8 servings of veggies or if you lack energy, I recommend a Greens supplement. This brand is top notch, however, whatever flavor you get it still tastes like greens. Fish Oil is another supplement I recommend everyone take (consult Dr if on BP meds). They are anti-inflammatory, and help ensure you get a healthy dose of Omega-3’s that are hard to get in your every day diet. Nordic Naturals is a great brand that uses sustainable practices, fish that aren’t overfished, and these have a high level of DHA and EPA (which rock). Burp-less formula.
$58.79 Buy it here
This fish oil is sustainable, MSC Certified, has very high levels of both EPA and DHA, and very affordable. I’m using this and loving it, although there’s a teeny tiny fish aftertaste, but it goes away quickly. I hate fish burps like anyone else, but it’s so minor I don’t mind. I take before bed. I recommend everyone take a fish oil supplement, but consult your doctor first if you’re on BP meds.

If you’re still using non-stick, it’s time to consider switching over. There are a lot of health concerns over cooking with Teflon, and even more about how Teflon is harming our environment and water supply. I’ve been using these pans for several years now and love them. I confess this is my first stainless steel set, but I think they are good quality and a good price. Research how to cook with stainless steel and you’ll be glad you made the switch.
