This fish oil is sustainable, MSC Certified, has very high levels of both EPA and DHA, and very affordable. I’m using this and loving it, although there’s a teeny tiny fish aftertaste, but it goes away quickly. I hate fish burps like anyone else, but it’s so minor I don’t mind. I take before bed. I recommend everyone take a fish oil supplement, but consult your doctor first if you’re on BP meds.
